In order to provide its market leading data recovery services to the growing number of international and local companies based in Ireland, Kroll Ontrack has opened an office in Dublin.

The office, Kroll Ontrack’s 22 nd in Europe, is set to drive awareness and lead the local market in data recovery services. It follows an impressive organic growth of 20 per cent in turnover across Ireland over the past year.

Kroll Ontrack will provide the full range of its services including data erasure, tape availability and remote data recovery, to companies of all sizes across the region. The office will be led by Ciaran Farrell, who joins the company as Irish business development director. Ciaran will be responsible for aggressively targeting the Irish hubs of major international companies.

“Ciaran has the experience, drive and vision to take the company into the Irish market and lead our business development strategy in the region,” said Phil Bridge, managing director at Kroll Ontrack.

“For a market leader to organically grow 20 per cent proves there is huge demand for data recovery services in this country,” said Farrell. “The business development potential in Ireland is huge, as it becomes a major European hub. I’m really pleased to be joining a world class company, especially at such an exciting time,” he added.
