KROLL ONTRACK TAKES FIRST PLACE IN AMLAW TECH FOR SECOND YEAR IN A ROW

The survey details technology use among the 200 top-grossing U.S. law firms, and appears in the September 2003 issue of AmLaw Tech, a quarterly supplement to American Lawyer. The 2003 survey marks the second time that an "electronic evidence vendor" question has been included in the survey, and the second time that Kroll Ontrack was the clear winner.

There were 115 law firms polled that responded to the question, "What electronic evidence vendors has the firm used in the past year?" (Multiple answers were allowed.) The answer given most often by respondents was Kroll Ontrack, which was named by 36 firms, or 31% of the respondents.
