• Document Retrieval – Kroll Ontrack provides a bonded courier, scheduled at your convenience, to pick up your paper documents and transport them securely to its facilities to make the document collection process easy for you.
• Document Scanning – Kroll Ontrack utilises high-speed scanners to convert paper documents to digital images. Scanning can take place at one of our international facilities or, if your documents cannot leave your Company’s or Client's premises, Kroll Ontrack’s team of onsite scanners will perform the work at your facility.
• OCR – With our high levels accuracy in scanning and optical character recognition (OCR) services, Kroll Ontrack has the ability to capture electronic text from paper-based documents to create fully editable and searchable text.
• Coding – To ensure you receive the highest productivity and accuracy, Kroll Ontrack’s coders work from coding manuals to index background information about each document in the production. In addition, its off-shore coding services are not outsourced to a third-party vendor. Instead, Kroll Ontrack owns and operates these international facilities, giving your project managers from Kroll Ontrack, and your company, more confidence in and control over your project.
• Hosting Solutions - Kroll Ontrack offers complete end-to-end hosting solutions, from the formatting of electronic and paper-based documentation, to the production and maintenance of an individually tailored internet site in which document collections can reside. Client’s information can be hosted on Kroll Ontrack’s servers, with access to their documents by interested parties via a secure internet connection.
• Review – Kroll Ontrack provides secure and easy-to-use online review tools that will help you quickly complete your e-document review process and produce responsive data in accordance with tight deadlines.
