Data management and intelligence-driven security are to be the focus of the RSA Conference in 2012. The event is being held at the Hilton London Metropole this year and the information security-related conference will be running from October 9th to 11th. Three of the keynote sessions are related to data management, as well as being a focal point of almost every time slot of the track sessions. RSA executive chairman Art Coviello intends to look at how data management can be improved to heighten data security. He has claimed that the RSA are very sensitive to the needs of companies and want to continue to improve their vast knowledge of data management and data security. The conference this year is said to move away from broader concepts to specifics – offering precise advice to information security professionals on how to optimise their data management to reduce costs and improve security.
