Kroll Ontrack E-Discovery Certification Course

Course Overview

This course is developed for legal and technical professionals of all levels including in-house counsel, law firm attorneys, litigation support professionals, paralegals and IT staff. Any professional who 1) is involved in brokering legal technology services on behalf of clients or their individual organization and 2) has responsibility to discover, collect, review and produce ESI in an investigation is invited to attend this course!Register for a Kroll Ontrack Certification Course today! Service providers and consultants are excluded from attending this course.

Course graduates will be able to better manage the e-discovery process and assist in making important ESI decisions in investigations and litigation. Upon completion, graduates will earn the Certified Electronic Discovery Specialist designation, formally acknowledging their skills and experience in this important area of litigation support technology and practice within the industry. Kroll Ontrack offers 9.0 Minnesota CLE credits for the E-Discovery Certification Course. If you wish to seek accreditation in other states, Kroll Ontrack can provide you with a course agenda and speaker biographies.

Course Format

The two-day course is held at Kroll Ontrack’s corporate headquarters near Minneapolis, Minnesota and is comprised of large and small group break-out sessions. Attendees will have the flexibility to choose either basic or advanced level curriculum. This format allows course participants the flexibility to attend the classes that most interest them, encourages more interaction between course participants and offers better access to presenters’ knowledge and expertise. Kroll Ontrack will no longer be holding the basic or advanced level individual courses with this new course format.

Tuition: $1500 ($995 early bird rate available for each course if you register at least 3 weeks prior to event)

  • This fee is non-refundable but may be credited for future events.
  • Tuition includes all course materials, lunch and refreshments while at the training facility, and transportation between the Hilton Minneapolis Downtown Hotel and course location.
