Evidence preparation
Kroll Ontrack is highly experienced in providing services to assist with all aspects of electronic and paper evidence in relation to anti-trust and competition work. This includes internal investigations, responding quickly in the wake of dawn raids, assisting firms with responding to document requests from regulators and dealing effectively with receipt of documents from regulators (including Statements of Objections). We are also able to support evidence management in follow-on and standalone actions.
We have worked extensively with law firms and their clients when responding to different regulators in Europe including the European Commission, the FSA, the Competition Commission and the OFT.
